ARTIST
6. Delivers great work - measured by awards won
7. Raises his average standard of work produced - measured by ECD evaluation
8. Flourishes in a climate of disruption, creativity and innovation - measured by 360 evaluation (and ECD)
ENTREPRENEUR
9. Implements changed ways of working to deliver quality work faster and cheaper - measured by cost/time savings
HERO
10 Talks up the agency in the creative community and identifies and refers potential new recruits - measured by # of referrals
NETWORKER
11. Contributes to the creative success of the group and forms productive working partnerships both within and outside the agency - measured by ECD evaluation
