奥美客户总监AD任职要求

      Be good at planning, collecting and allotting resources;
      Good interpersonal and communication skills;
      Far-sighted,deep-thinking and accurate with good understanding of the philosophy and practice of "Brand Stewardship";
      Experienced in providing service for International Clients in Agency;
      With very good English in both written and oral;
      At least 5 years working experience with Agency.

    Account Director （One） - 北京

    职责：

          The Account Director is responsible for maintaining strong client relationships and for the output of excellent one-to-one direct marketing (online and offline) and creative strategies. The Account Director will be the owner of Demand Generation within a 360 brand team.

          The Account Director must use his/her experience of the discipline to drive constant improvement. The job scope covers: client service, development of customer insights based on data, development of direct marketing and interactive strategy and lead generation programs.

          Delivering on this wide scope of work entails getting the most out of the team (Account Managers, Account Executives, Creative, Data Service, Analytics Team) through effective delegation, project and time management.

          A previous background in Direct Marketing in either Agency or Client Role is preferred. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.


    要求：
